Bodywork is currently offered to established clients and their referrals in Central Arkansas or Barton, Arkansas. Appointments for sessions may be made by contacting Stephenie directly via phone, text, or email. No on-line booking is available.
SERVICES and PRICING:
Client centered care offers the ability to customize work. Emphasis is placed upon relaxation, stress reduction, improvement of circulation, and pain reduction. Quality and vitality of life are important to Stephenie as she works to help each individual reach their own, individualized health goals.
Sessions average one hour in duration but can be shortened or lengthened depending upon preferences and circumstances. Support and understanding are important for each client experience. Session pricing will range from $80-140.
Techniques may be blended based upon goals or preferences. Stephenie is nationally board certified in foot and hand Reflexology as well as certified in lymphatic drainage work.
- Reflexology – typically costs $100 for up to an hour
- Therapeutic Massage with/without Reflexology – one hour basic rate $100 / 90 minutes $140
- Essential Oils – add-on or order full bottles for use at home. Prices vary.
